Subclinical ANCA positivity
Antineutrophil cytoplamic antibodies (ANCA). More often p- than c-ANCA. Exact typing and target antigen determination are important. Polyspecificty and the presence of anti-HNE Ab are suggestive of the drug etiology. Subclinical organ damage or dysfuction should be investigated
