Diffuse pulmonary calcification (calciphylaxis)
(Fr: calcification(s) pulmonaire(s) diffuse(s)). See PMID 23323114, 24529738, 29719190) is a rare pattern that can be diagnosed on imaging, mainly HRCT and bone scan, as pulmonary opacities are 99Tc-avid. Opacities have a predilection for the lung apices or they can be diffuse to the lung and distant organs. A few cases were documented on pathology
