Pharmacobezoar
Consist in the accumulation of coalescent tablets causing an aggregate in the digestive or respiratory tract (esopagus (compressing the airway), stomach, bowel, or trachea). May be visualized on plain chest films or CT as an electron-dense lumenal mass. May necessitate endoscopic fragmentation and removal to avoid mechanical complications and persistent drug exposure and/death. May follow a suicide attempt. PMID 1416337, 14767738, 15012180, 8590522
