For the proper management of the Website, the Editor reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

In the event that the mediation procedure fails, any dispute arising in connection with the validity, interpretation, performance, or non-performance of these Terms and Conditions shall, at the request of the most diligent party, be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of Dijon, France, notwithstanding any plurality of defendants or third parties.
