on the website are protected by the Intellectual property applicable laws.

All materials are Editor’s or his partners’ full property. Any reproduction, representation, use or

adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications,

without the prior written consent of the publisher are strictly forbidden. If the Editor does not initiate

proceedings as soon as he becomes aware of these unauthorized uses does not constitute

acceptance of the said uses and renunciation of any lawsuit.

Any Disputes arising in connection with the validity, interpretation, performance or non-performance of

these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to mediation.

The parties remain free to accept or refuse such mediation.

The solution proposed by the Ombudsman is not binding on the parties.

In the event of failure of the mediation procedure, any disputes that may arise in connection with the

validity, interpretation, performance or non-performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be

submitted by the most diligent party, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts within the jurisdiction of

Dijon, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or third parties.
